John Moreland, President and CEO of PICS was invited to speak at the 2010 NPRA Reliability & Maintenance Conference and Exhibition held in San Antonio, TX.  The NPRA meeting is the world’s premier refining meeting, assembling key executives and technical experts from refining and marketing organizations worldwide, as well as representatives from associated industries.  Mr. Moreland was invited from the NPRA leadership council to speak about how large and complex organizations should approach contractor prequalification in today’s marketplace.

Shell Deer Park hosts MCS Meeting

March 4th, 2010

Shell Deer Park, a client of PICS since 2006, hosted a Managing Contractor Safety (MCS) meeting. The meeting included a roundtable with other Gulf Coast operators who currently use PICS and are investigating more about them, as well as an informative contractor session. PICS MCS regional meetings occur 6 times per year in different client locations. More than 30 operators attended and 150 contractors.
