Customer Service Representative

A CSR can work out of our Irvine, Houston or Calgary office (contact us for openings). Each CSR is assigned as a dedicated resource to the contractor members of PICS. Primary responsibilities include helping the CSR’s dedicated contractors through the PICS process, from registration through DocuGUARD and any Audits. Recommended experience of 3-5 years in the relevant industries we serve (see Industries Page). Strong organizational and communication skills required, as well as an affinity for learning online software systems.
