PICS Organizer
Built on powerful Web 2.0 technology, the PICS Organizer will empower your business to collect vital information on the contractors you use, find additional qualified contractors to add to your approved list, analyze and report on the information you collect, and distribute that information to the appropriate individuals throughout your organization. The Organizer is the core technology upon which all of our other modules are built.
DocuGUARD™
Stop rubber stamping prequalification forms laden with inaccuracies. With DocuGUARD, you’ll get a qualified Customer Service Representative (CSR) to review each of your contractor’s forms to verify the accuracy of those forms. We verify that regulatory forms, insurance statistics and contractor licenses are submitted properly and accurately. If there are problems, we will educate and assist your contractors in filling out forms. You can be confident that you are getting more premium content, more efficiency, and more capability.
AuditGUARD™
Collecting and tracking information about your contractors is a great start, but for some companies who must maintain higher levels of safety and quality AuditGUARD™ is a must have “human” addition. PICS will assign a highly experienced and trained auditor to perform reviews on everything from a contractor’s safety manual to the quality of their safety plan implementation to their performance in the field. You can customize which audits we do for your contractors based on their risk level and your individual site needs.
InsureGUARD™
We all want to hire safe contractors, but accidents can happen. Are your contractors insured? Do they have appropriate limits? PICS will collect and review contractors’ insurance certificates with absolute attention to detail. Our Insurance Specialists verify that each certificate meets your organization’s specific requirements.
