Take the administration work out of prequalification. PICS DocuGUARD™ provides you with a qualified Customer Service Representative (CSR) to review each of your contractor’s forms and verify the accuracy of each.

We validate that regulatory forms, insurance statistics and contractor licenses are submitted properly and accurately. If there are problems, we will educate and assist your contractors in filling out forms. You can be confident that you are getting more premium content, more efficiency, and more capability.

Customer Service Representative

Each contactor is assigned a permanent CSR who helps them through the entire PICS process. They help them register, submit OH&S statistical information and other regulatory requirements per country, and follow up when there is missing or incorrect information. Contractors develop a “first-name-basis” relationship with their CSR, which enables them to complete the process much faster.

PQF Verification

CSRs verify the prequalification form for completeness and accuracy. Each CSR is assigned by industry and geographic location and is trained in the subtleties of each area. Escalation procedures and quality control allow PICS to maintain the highest levels of accuracy.

Safety Manual Verification

CSRs verify that the contractors have a valid safety manual. This verification is a simplified version of the Manual Audit and should only be for contractors performing low risk tasks.
