Craft Training & Certifications

PICS will verify Craft Training and Certification for accuracy and applicability. A PICS Safety Professional will review all Craft Training documents to ensure that they are in line with the employee’s job description.

HSE Competencies

Under EmployeeGUARD™, each employee is assessed for HSE competency. PICS ensures that employees have the technical skills they need for today’s current industry standards.

MSHA Training

Following the guidelines outlined by The Department of Labor, each employee is assessed to ensure task training has been completed, based on situations they could encounter. A PICS Safety Professional will review the employee’s Part 46 and/ or Part 48 training, to ensure performance compliance.

Operator Qualification

To assure safety in the workplace, PICS will evaluate employees to validate that they are able to perform essential and assigned tasks. Through these assessments, PICS verifies that employees have the proper qualification to recognize abnormal operating conditions.
