PICS will collect and review contractors’ insurance certificates with absolute attention to detail. Our Insurance Specialists verify that each certificate meets your organization’s specific requirements. InsureGUARD will give you the peace of mind that your contractors are appropriately insured and are staying insured throughout the duration of their contract.

Process

The contractor adds their insurance policy and uploads appropriate insurance certificates based on your organization’s or your location’s specific requirements. PICS reviews and verifies the accuracy of the data and compares it against your requirements. Policies which clearly meet your criteria are automatically approved (or rejected). The remaining questionable policies are left for your review. Permission-based roles allow you to assign specific individuals in your organization to be notified of insurance changes and manage this process based on your own legal requirements.

We support many insurance policy types including common policy types such as General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Comp, and Excess/Umbrella Liability.
