Process

The contractor adds their insurance policy and uploads appropriate insurance certificates based on your organization’s or your location’s specific requirements. PICS reviews and verifies the accuracy of the data and compares it against your requirements. Policies which clearly meet your criteria are automatically approved. The remaining questionable policies are left for your review. Permission-based roles allow you to assign specific individuals in your organization to be notified of insurance changes and manage this process based on your own legal requirements.

Policy Types

We support many common insurance policy types such as, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Product Liability. We also support a range of other insurance types such as General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation, and Excess/Umbrella Liability. Specialized insurance policies such as Builder’s Risk, Environmental Impairment Liability Marine Liability, Pollution Liability and many others are accepted.
