Contractor List

View, sort, search, and export a list of all your approved suppliers. This supplier assessment report displays flag colours so you know exactly who is approved to work.

Report Filtering

The contractor report function filters using several custom search options. Use the report to gauge your vendor database, identify gaps in your supply chain – by conducting a supply chain audit, and to sort through your approved suppliers.

Contractor Summary

View a quick snapshot of a contractor working at your facility or site. See their current flag colour, contact info, a brief synopsis of services they perform, and much more.

Contractor Notes

Make notes about contractors and view notes entered by others. Permissions, filtering, and searching are all supported.

User Management

Help your department keep track of their interaction with approved suppliers. Create user accounts for each person in your organisation who needs access to your vendor database. Control groups and permissions from one easy-to-use interface.

Creating multiple users makes it easy to track and view contractor updates and performance progress across departments, and throughout the organisation.

Permissions and Role Management

Create groups of users and assign those groups’ granular permissions. System defaults make it easy to get started.

The easy-to-use interface controls groups and permission levels using role management. That helps ensure that the right departments have access to all pertinent supplier assessment information. Those who have limited needs are then set up in the system as a “Basic User” with permission to access only relevant information to their position.

Email Wizard

Similar to Mail Merge found in Microsoft Word, the Email Wizard tool allows you to design your own emails. You can then and merge emails with information about your contractors from your PICS vendor database. The Email Wizard makes the process of sending customised and personalised emails  - simple and straightfoward.

Graphs

PICS Organiser™ creates useful graphs to  analyse your approved suppliers’ data and help you select contractors who may require a supplier audit.

Determine contractor approval criteria for your company, division, or site.

Looking at the flag colour (green, yellow and red), will then tell you exactly who is approved and ready to work.
