PICS’ prequalification form provides you with a complete supplier assessment, so that you can be confident all suppliers are ready to go on-site. The process is started by collecting insurance documents and contractor certifications. Next, PICS stores these documents online, for easy reference and cross-departmental communication throughout your firm.

For workers who perform high-risk trades, PICS will conduct a supplier audit on the contractor’s safey manual, implementation or field work – to ensure a safety program is in place.

As part of your contractor management program, PICS will work with you to determine the right level of supplier assessment. The Starter Edition organises your self-performed prequalification process. It is an excellent starter program for companies that are new to prequalification.

Our Standard Edition is the logical choice for those firms with a single location, or that are confident in managing the contractor management process on their own. Once that level has been decided, you can select the Starter, Standard or The Enterprise Edition –  designed for multinational and multi-site organisations that have multiple locations or business units.
